IT'S WINTER, SO I WEAR PANTYHOSE WITH MY OPEN-TOED SANDALS...

So I liked this past season of NEW YORK GOES TO HOLLYWOOD (as staged as it was) but what I loved was its opening segment!! 

First of all, it introduced the masses to LITTLE JACKIE, who deserves as much recognition as she can get, and secondly, it was just sooo fun watching her reinterpret iconic moments in HOLLYWOOD-ness!!  I will always have mad love for NEW YORK, but I gotta say... I dunno... I'm starting to feel like her welcome is just about to have run it's course... We'll see what she comes up with next, I guess...

So AMY SEDARIS never ceases to bring me the mad LOL's, and her new project promises to be no exception!  Did y'all catch her on CHELSEA LATELY the other week??  She was killlling me!!

How excited are we all about TARANTINO’s new movie, INGLORIOUS BASTARDS?!?   I was watching some footage the other day from KILL BILL and I was reminded how enigmatic of a film maker he is.   

I can’t wait to see what he creates with this one.   Not to mention the cast is going to be bananas!!

It's actually kinda hot, don't you think?  I kinda love it, actually!  It makes me want to go out and find a copy of the whole thing for my private collection, in spite of all the kaslopis that's sure to be featured throughout...

Speaking of hotness... I just wanted to completely gratuitously feature German Olympic Gymnast FABIAN HAMBUECHEN (who if you remember got quite close to American gymnast JONATHAN HORTON during the games) and this hot shot of him parcipating in some German Diving Reality Competition.  

I lovvvvve him. Le sighhhh...

And finally, I thought I'd wrap this post up with the amazing news that...

It definitely looks like one of my favorite movies of 2007, ONCE, is making its way to BROADWAY and for once, this is a revival or stage adaptation that I can really feel excited about!  Sounds f-ing great!  Can't wait to see how it all unfolds...
